some one said that the parrot can speak.and they said the alteration in the tounge can make it to speak what ever we speak.

Yes, Parrots do speak. I had a pet parrot when i was a child and i had trained it to speak everyone's name in the family including my dogs name.

yes i saw that..but i dont know the alteration of tongue or anything...its really surprice for me when i heared this first time.. its cute...nice voice ..like computer somtimes some parrots will repeat what they says...

Parrots can definately speak. Mine talks all the time! An African Grey named Alex has proved a lot of parrots do more than mimick. He knows exactly what he is saying, and when he is supposed to say it. I believe they understand the words, as they do use them in context.
