I had a bad experience with regards to buying expired goods and I could have endangered my daughters life. I bought this milk to a supermarket and i forgot to look at the expire date. So when i got home I prepared her milk and i notice the color is not as white as the color of milk and when i shake it and i touch the nipple its kinda slimy, I checked the expire date at the box and I found out that it will be expired by next month. I told myself that I will just throw it away rather than feed it to my daughter. My mom told me to go after the store, but I'd rather not. Do you think i really should run after the store where I bought it or what will you do if you had experience it?

Just change it my friend. Just go back to the store and insist or fresher ones or ask for a refund. We do have rights as consumers too.

Yes I know we have rights as consumer but i was afraid that they will just tell me - it will be expired by next month and i might probably change the content already. I just let it go cause i dont want to make an issue.

It is common practice to go to the store and return the stuff that is expired. I will even claim for the loss, incurred due to expired product.

Even it is already opened, they will accept it? My reason why not returning it - the expire date is still one month but it already contaminated.
