Ever seen a flock of geese fly overhead , you know how difficult it is tell who is leading the flock. They move in swift as if theyare all responding insantaneously to the smae cue, directed by an unseen force that directs and guides their movement. It is the same way with most wild herds . yet in all these cases , there is a hidden leader who showcases the ability, strength and dominance. The total cohsesive of this group is symbol of both excellent leadership and excellent ability to follow. It takes both these qualities for any group or system to work well.
