what is the best way to teach the subjects??

teachers should teach their students in a friendly way, with lots of examples and with lots of fun. They should adopt new ideas to grab the attention of students. I have been a lecturer before. I was teaching college students. There was a student who would never listen. On the second day itself i had the idea who are the student who are a good listener and a poor one. I started making them answer all my question in between the classes. And i asked them to write down things on the board so that they would bring their attention to studies.Its fun to teach.
