Anyone give me a simple lunch or dinner menu?

I'm a mother and a wife, and I love to cook meal for my family. Because I'm busy with my work, I need to cook simple meals but still delicious. Pls share yours...

Unless you specified which type foods you love, it will be difficult to share because it may get you another test if you do not like the food. Thanks

Fried noodles with chicken bits...or those ready to cook noodles,and or canned goods like corned beef and chill it with toamtoes,onions and garlic and even eggs!

I have a simple lunch recipe (for appetizer or breakfast). The ingredient can easily found. Egg and Tomato Cocotte -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-. 1 egg 1 tomato 1 slice of lettuce salt pepper 1. chop tomato into small pieces, tears the lettuce 2. put tomato, lettuce, and break the egg into bowl. 3. add the salt and pepper, then cook in microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds. -done-
