Welcome to myLot!
Climate change is occuring. It is a continous process. Climate is always changing on planet earth. Mankind has a small affect on the climate. The primary mover of climate change is the sun. Greenhouse gasses have a small affect along with the sun. Mankind has a small affect on greenhouse gasses.
So, you see, climate is affected the most by how much sunlight falls on the earth. Next, is how much heat gets retained by the atmosphere because of greenhouse gasses. Mankind has a small affect on the amount of total greenhouse gasses. So, our climate is affected the most by the sun with mankind affecting slightly the greenhouse gasses which in turn only affect the climate slightly when compared to the sun.

Nice discussion, who responsible for the hot and cold?? rain , summer and winter??
This is the natual things. which has been determined by the God according to the periods.
None of the human can able to change this natual thinks by himself or a group of personnal can do that..
Only think is the human can able to identify when this situation will arrise, in advance (approximately, not 100% true, this may get change too)
