wat is the real meaning of being handicapped.... is it related to heart or physical disability......because handicapped person have a broad mind than normal persons.....express your feelings...

we like using "physically disabled" or
"physically challenged" instead of the
handicaped . It is the physical disability .
for the blind , we use the term "visually
challenged" .
They can have broader mind than the normal
persons . They can also have special skills .
