any doctors out there,i need help

yesterday i woke around 4am feeling severe stomachache.thinking that my tummy might just be feeling cold, i used a warm compressed on it.somehow it relaxed me and i went back to sleep.a little after 6am i woke again feeling the same pain,even worse on my stomach and this time i throwed up.it was all yellowish substance,nothing solid just all yellow. after that i tried to eat a small piece of bread, but once it reached my stomach, i started throwing up again.same thing happened all throughout the day.and the stomach pain didnt really disappeared? i hope you could help me out..

i've had about the same problem 2 years ago. and it turned out i had ulcer.
you should go to an intern specialist as you may have the same problem.but have you had such pains before? has your stomach hurt before? if it hasn't maybe this is some sort of intoxication... go to the doctor as soon as possible as i can not give you a specialised answer. good luck!

thanks so much for your advice.this was actually the second time that its happened.though the first time it happened it wasnt that painful but now it really is painful that im crying.anyway i got a hint already that it is ulcer.i just dont have time right now to visit the doc so im asking around.i really do appreciate your response.thanks a bunch

but you shouldn't postpone the visit to the doctor because if it's something like ulcer it might get worse and you will have to suffer more... go now while it's not worse, believe me... i tried it...

i think you must go to laboratory to check about your condition. check up your blood and so on...
