How to make paypal account??

can anybody tell me that how to make a/c on paypal, i don't have anytype of card.

You can make an account without a credit card. Go to www.paypal.com.

Can you tell me how to use paypal get money?I have got a paypal recently,but i do not have card and i also do not know that is it nessesary to link mylot and paypal?

just go to the paypal website and then register there to have an account,you don't need to have a card or whatever..It's very easy to apply.
