Pork Adobo...deliciously different!

Have you ever tasted this cuisine? What is the best time to eat this, is it for lunch or dinner? For some, they love it more when they eat this during lunch but for me i want it serve during dinner time. I just love its different taste of sweet and sour. Hmmmm...i feel so hungry at this moment.

i think the best way or time to eat adobo is when the rice is hot..like it just came out of the rice cooker..^_^ its so good with fried eggplants..^_^

i love adobo specially when it is iloilo style because its sweet and had a thick sauce and its good when you add banana blossoms.but if you would like a sour taste of it.try chavacano style of adobo sure you'll love it specially when its vinegar is "tuba"

Hmmmm...it's nice to hear from you. I never tried adobo yet with another viand of fried eggplants.
