mabybe that the people is the most potent weapon is your answer,but now i have to tell you that you are wrong .weapon is a tool used to kill enimy,but human is the human ,not a tool ,then we all can not say that man is a weapon.but what is the answer ? that is none .because the most potent weapon should have very great power to kill more and distroy more ,but if they can is based on the situation ,envierenment ,and so on .only we can say ,no best ,only better.
