What do you do when you are really sluggish?

I woke up today, tired. I got seven hours of sleep (not all in a row, my six month old thinks it's fun to wake me up around 3 a.m. for no apparent reason)so I should be fine, that is more than I get other days. I drank coffee, but I still cannot manage to clear the cobwebs, what I really want to do is crawl into bed for a nice long nap, but my 2 1/2 year old won't allow that. (: I am thinking I will go for a walk once the baby wakes up, even though I would rather not move, I am hoping it will help me wake up more.. What do you do to wake yourself up?

Just like you if I can't squeeze in a nap I have to keep moving. If I just hang around it gets worse. I'll start dusting because we all know that is a never ending joy in all women's lives. I move quickly because I dislike it and want to get the task over and done with. Going outside is even better.

Yes, if I stay moving, I can usually get my body to cooperate better.. Unfortunately I woke up exhausted again this morning (the six month old woke up alot last night, think he's teething) but since I don't have anything major to do today, I think I will lay on the couch. (: Thanks for the response!

Lol, I would just plod along if I was you. If I need to "wake up", I will do so automatically when there is something of sufficient import. Otherwise, why bother? :P

I would love to just have a lazy day today, but we are having a board meeting at our house later on tonight, so I need to clean up.. but I can't seem to get moving. (:
