New to myLot... what should I be doing?

Hi all,
I'm new to myLot and wondering what I should be doing and not doing. Finding my way about the site is a bit confusing lol. Any tips would be really welcome.
I'm in the UK btw - does anyone know if there is a breakdown of myLot users by country anywhere? I'd be interested to know how international it is.

hi post up discussions and answers other poeples build up a friends list and get referrals,
