i need a Muffin Recipe.

Blueberry muffins in the Krusteaz box. This can be found on the baking aisle in any grocery store. These are the best. Next best is Jiffy.

Try this one!It's very easy and delicious.My mother taught me on how to bake this. ========================================================= Pine-Orange Muffin Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 cup butter 1 cup sugar 5 medium eggs 3/4 cup pineapple juice 3/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup crushed pineapple,drained 1/4 cup orange zest raisins for toppings Procedure: Sift the flour and baking powder and set aside.Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.Add eggs one at a time,beating well after each addition.Stir in the flour and baking powder alternately with the pineapple and orange juice.Blend until no traces of flour can be seen.Fold in the crushed pineapple and orange zest.Pour 2/3 of the batter mixture and top with raisins on greased muffin pan.Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
