Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, (love) is not pompous, it is not inflated, it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury, it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.(1 Corinthians Chap 13) well, that's how the Good Book defines it...!

Love to me is finding perfection in a flawed person. Trust, honesty, and loyalty are all part of love. Love is being willing to sacrifice anything for the other person even your own life.

I dont think you can define love. I think love is a feeling that cannot be described. Plus everyone feels something different about love. I havent read through all the responses yet, but I am sure that all of them are going to be different.

Love is an emotion/feeling we store in our hearts and choose to share with someone else. Simply stated, you will do anything with in your means to help, listen to, understand, and always be there for that special someone.

Love. Love is perfection. Love is finding the perfect one. Technically perfection is said to be the absence of flaw. But in love, it is the presence of flaw. It's when you find that someone who HAS flaw... and can love them FOR their flaws... that's love. Love is two inperfect people, fitting together, perfectly. So out of two peices of imperfection, creates perfection. That is love. Love is taking it all: the good, the bad, and embracing someone for who and what they are no matter what. It's like two pieces of a puzzle... neither shape is simple or perfect. But when the two are put together... perfection is there in it's simplest form. It's purest form. That is love.

good definition you got there. yes, it is being someone's complement. like in the jerry maguire's movie line "You complete me!" awwww.... :)
