Suggestion on bonus system for myloters not ignored...Read this

message that I sent to mylot staff concerning a bonus plan of some type for all of us myloters..
This is the original message I sent them and as promised, I am posting the response I was given on the subject....
I was thinking that it might help you and myloters if there was some sort of bonus system set up.
For instance....reach 500 and receive a bonus of .50
1000....another .50 2000 another 1.00
3000 another 1.00 4000 another 1.00 and 5000 another 1.00
So anyone reaching 5000 would earn an additional $5.00.
this would take several months of good posting and seems to me it would inspire contributors to try harder.
Just wondering what you think of this idea...
Also, is there some way the system could be set up so we could upload say three pictures at a time instead of one??

So at least the suggestion was not dismissed out of hand, and it is going to the next level.. I will continue to keep everyone posted if I hear anything more on the subject..

A very nice suggestion with a positive reponse stating that the suggestion has been acknowledged. So we will look forward into the future happening here at myLot. MyLot has come a long way since its conception and has improved on a steady upward trend.

This sounds like a really good idea. Thanks for writing to them and thank you for letting all of us know what they said. I hope Mylot stays around for a very long time and I sure hope the earning potential here gets better and better for all of us. There are alot of that work really hard here every day that we can and I think we do deserve a bonus of come sort. I think it would also inspire others to work harder and strive for more than what they are contributing right now. The earnings here are fairly good but it would make me very happy to see more in the future.

I wonder if Mylot fully understands the potential they have here.
Just by being fair, honest and generous with contributors, they can improve the success of this business so much.
Then they could afford to compensate us accordingly.
One hand feeds the other.....

That is nice ironstruck, so your suggestion is being considered, that's wonderful! I had sent in a request asking them to give us an option to receive mail notifications when someone adds a comment on our response made to another discussion. That will help us keep track of comments and respond immediately. I got the same response from mylot admin. I hope these suggestions are implemented soon.

At least our suggestions will make them realize that there are long term people here. I have seen some amazing individuals on Mylot.
Mylot would be doing themselves a service by trying to keep them here.

I agree with greengal and you, the suggestions are great and would be so beneficial for them as incentive makes for motivation. So many good writers and lots of valuable information, I plan to stay around for as long as the site allows my sustained vested interest in . . .

Now, you're getting the idea.......
Put some thoughts out there and something may come of it in the end. Say nothing and be certain that change will be slow.

that is a good idea.so that there will be some competition among the members and hence will get more discussion topics and also lot of posts.Good that your suggestion has been taken into consideration and will wait for the implementation in mylot next upgrade.

Mylot would have to find a way to control the quality of the posts so spammers could not ruin it for everyone...

I think this is a great idea. Some extra money for all thework you do is always welcome. It keeps the spirit up a lot more I think. I hope they will think this over seriously. Good work.

Wow, your idea really rocks! I just love the way you present your idea to the site admin. I think additional incentives will inspire more Mylotters to do more quality posting here. I just like the fact that Mylot admins are not ignoring some our ideas we suggested to them.
This kind of response to loyal mylot users will boost the morale of other members to come up more quality ideas to propose to the admins.

I think you have a good idea, and you're correct one hand does wash the other. I always tell my kids it never hurts to ask, you have nothing to lose by putting the idea out there, and neither do the rest of us come to think of it! LOL Thank you for looking out for us and coming up with a good idea! I'll be interested to see how it turns out.

I would Love it if Mylot found a way to reward, those of us who use it to the best of our abilities. (I was going to say "wisely"--but then some could debate, if they find any posting of any one person's contraversial.) However, what's going to get a lot of ideas shot down is that the lazy and dishonest pragmatists, would just use that as a means, perhaps, to increase their cut and paste, copy cat and other lazy methods to get that extra buck or so.
Here's an idea, and I don't care who gets credit for this, but how about slightly upping the percentage we get from referrals, with bonuses to those who do phenomenally well with recruiting good and loyal users? Just an idea--it might spurt the growth of this place...
