Books vs Movies

I love watching any animated films such as Harry Potter series, comic books like Superman and Spider man. But since i was a child I've also read comic books. Comparing movies with the comic books, movies are far more interesting to me because they make impossible things look possible in a real life unlike in the comic books their just like drawings that draws your imagination to imagine how things or how the whole series will look like in reality. I know comic books like spider man have original stories than what is in the movies. If you've read comics/books some parts or even the characters are not in the movies. What do you think? Which is far more interesting to you? reading a comic books or watching it instead?
