No need to jeopardize your health to lose weight
A simple change in your daily diet can make you lose weight and keep it off

I really want to lose weight, but I can't see myself taking extreme measures to do it. The "craziest" thing I've done is the Master Cleanse for ten days. If you don't know what that is you can look it up. I lost ten lbs, and kept five of them off for good. I didn't do it to lose weight though. I did it to cleanse my body. :D

Master Cleanse? Never heard of it yet.. Is it safe? Was there any side effects or complications after you took it?

Linus, I never really thought about it. I quit smoking about two weeks ago, and I have gained a few pounds. But I also chalk up my weight gain to quitting my job as a server and devoting more time to my "desk job." I sit and nibble all day. I don't know if I would take any drastic measures to lose the weight, I'm hoping once soccer season kicks into gear I'll lose some of it, but I'm not going to be first in line to buy any TrimSpa!
