what can we get in joining this organization? can we really get a true botherhood/sisterhood by being one of them,i heard in joining them you can get a job easily when you graduate but its not easy being one of them you have to pass through some difficulties like hazing which leads some to death.why people join this organization?dont they know that by joining this organization it would be a big risk in there life especially nowadays many have been killed because of some frat organization chaos.are you a member of this organization why did you join?

What a lot of people don't realize is that hazing is being driven into extinction. Because of the recent bad publicity, even greek organizations that weren't involved in such issues have stepped up their risk management policies to severely punish chapters that are even simply accused of hazing.
Chapters can be closed for hazing. Because of that, it's likely that they won't haze you at all.
I'm in a fraternity. I wasn't hazed. There's not a single thing that I did that the brothers didn't do with us, and there's not a single thing our pledges did that I didn't do with them. The real measure of truth: There's nothing in our pledge program that I would be ashamed to tell my mother or grandmother about.
You shouldn't be joining for the perks. You should be joining for the people in the chapter. They should just naturally be the ones you study with, party with, hang out with, get drunk with, do homework with, etc. If you're just looking to join for the benefits of being a member, then you'll probably find out that it's not for you.
