A gratitude diary is a great way to make note of the things you are grateful for on a daily basis. Instead of focusing on the bads and the what went wrongs, we focus on the things that we are grateful for instead
Each day we come back to this post and post what we are grateful for for that particular day
Ill Start for today
Today i am grateful, i have a nice warm bed to sleep in, and a beautiful view from my window

This concept of a gratitude diary is an interesting one. But you don't really write them all down, do you? :P
Yes, I try to be thankful too for the things I already have..

Today I am grateful that I have my animals to keep me company when I am feeling low, also that I have enough food to feed my sheep as the grass has all gone due to the drought. I am also grateful that I have a laptop with a D: drive as the dvd player has broken and I have "Behind Enemy Gates" that i'd like to watch this evening! lol

This is really a good idea. We should concentrate on positive thinking, instead of the negatives, right? ^_^
I was really grateful yesterday. Our car tyre was punctured last night, and we've met 3 batches of good people. Firstly, we wanted to change our car tyre in a nearby petrol station. When we started to change the tyre, a staff from the petrol station came and asked if he could help us anything. Then he insisted in helping us to change the tyre. How helpful he is, though it's not part of his job. He tried very hard to un-screw a nut of the tyre, but he couldn't make it. Then he asked another colleague to help us, but at the end they didn't make it too. He thought it could be the tool's problem, then he went and asked a female driver who was pumping the tyre air to lend us her tool. The lady was really nice that she didn't mind to lend us the tool and waiting there. Unfortunately, the nut still couldn't be un-screwed. At last, we decided to leave with the punctured tyre.
On the highway, the nail that punctured the tyre was gone, perhaps it was due to my friend drove too fast. Without any choice, we had to change the tyre immediately. Since our tool couldn't unscrew the nut anymore, we looked for help. And we met a man who tows the broken-down car. He did not only lend us the tool, but also helped us to unscrew the nut and changed the tyre.
Those people were really helpful, and they didn't even ask for any reward, which really impress me that there are still good people around the world. Especially in the big city where everyone is only emphasizing on MONEY. I'm really touched by these people. Thanks them for their generous help and may God bless them. ^_^

you are right there is always something to be thankful for...today I am at home because I have got the flue but I am grateful
because the weather is wonderful...spring is in the air and I love spring
because my parents and my brothers are safe and healthy
because my three little nephews have learnt how to walk
because God gave me a great present ...the ability to express my feelings into words
because a special friend of mine called me and I hope to see her as soon as possible
and I am grateful because you helped me realising how lucky I am even though I have the fever!!!

Today I am grateful that it is not a schol holiday. I am grateful both my children are well and are in school. I am grateful I have a blazing warm fire and plenty of firewood to keep it going. I am grateful for my good friends who care about me.
