No..It is not A sin..Not to take your own life..I mean..THink about it..It is the persons life..So they have A right to end it if they want it..And I do not think it is A diesease..Because when one gets stressed out enough...Then they kind of go into the stage of thinking...It is either A few seconds of pain..Or pain for the rest of my life...And It is not A crime either..Because as I said..It is there life, and if they do not like how there life is,and everything, then they will do that..If it is bad enough..

If is done with free will, then it is a sin against the order of the world. If it is done in desperacy and with limited operation of mind, this still might be considered a sin in front of a church, but I wouldn't agree.
But what is the effect on the person's soul itself?
In the New Revelation given by Jesus himself to his Austrian scribe Jakob Lorber between 1840 and 1864 is said, that a soul, whose natural mission in life was artificially ended by him/herself, in life after life has to complete, what was missed earth.

It is an aact of a mentally ill person who does it on the spur of a momentay decision. It is the depression which may lead to such an act. It is more of a psychological problem.
