I need a bit of help. I am looking to start a blog, and I have no idea where to look in order to start one. I do not want to pay a ton of money each month, but I have a wealth of financial knowledge that I would like to write about. Also, is there somewhere to go to in order to submit articles? Anything you could do to help would be really appreciated. Thanks

There's lots of sites to help you get traffic and to submit your sites for more people to see.
There's lots of free blog resources out there, I'm using Wordpress for my blog. It allows for easier customization and has all sorts of free stuff you can add to your blog to make it better.
Check out mine to see what things you can do and my latest contest for bloggers.

Well my friend. You have two options which are really praise worthy. One is yahoo geocities and another is freewebs
in freewebs, you can create your own website free of cost and you can write all your articles, blogs and many. pls once you visit my website there: http://freewebs.com/neverbewrongandlie
Even if you have yahoo 360, there you can have your own page and you can customize that... You can write as many blogs as you can. For best idea, visit my page there:
