When a cat kneads, what are they saying to you?

They are saying I love you. I am satisfied and happy and feel as content as I did when I was nursing with my momma. My cat does this to me when I'm sick. She'll also lay on her back and push her paws against me if I am laying down with her. Its a good thing, it means she trusts you!!

They feel the love and attention that you are giving them, and they are responding back, showing their appreciation and their love and happiness. My cat is constantly trying to be on me, especially if the bedroom door is left open he comes in and uncovers my head and starts kneading, purring, and rubbing up against me, he is so gentle and kind and just a really big loving cat. I have 3 cats and what is so funny let one get on my lap and then the other 2 want up there and they are all trying to push each other off so that one can be there, and sometimes they compromise and one gets pushed down and two snuggle up together on my lap. But what is even funnier is my fat cat "Jarret" he will attack my dog Angel - the schnauzer if she is trying to get attention away from him. He actually gets down and stalks her throughout the house all bowed up and prancing slowly and I do mean slowly towards her with this big bad attitude and Angel will try and run and hide from him. I think animals are so amazing and I believe that they are jealous of one another and try to bide their owners attention away from the other animals. They are just so cute, funny and I love all 3 cats and all 3 dogs so much, they are truly part of my family. My 3 dogs consist of a schnauzer, boxer, and german shepherd. So small dog, medium dog, and large dog. And all 3 dogs are female. My 3 cats one is daddy "Jarret" the other one is Garfield - Jarret's son, and then Pepper - Jarret's daughter, Momma was Precious, but she went outside one day and never came back, other wise I would still have 4 cats.
