Call your rep and let her know, see can replace the product with something else or refund your money. I got some of the shimmering bronze and didn't like it but I love the duos and quads. They don't bother my eyes. The superfull mascara is the best mascara I have ever used.

that's a good idea, i was just going to "eat it" and not say anything, because it was opened and used now. i don't buy that many products and don't consider myself a valuable customer. but i did order my husband 2 of the colognes and he really enjoy's them.

Well I'm allergic to their Skin So Soft. With any make up though one can be a allergic to it. If your eyes are watering then I'd suggest washign the make up off and see if that helps. If it does then don't try it again. Call the rep and see if they will take it back.

don't you think i didn't wash it off my eyes where burning girl and it hurt. that was my second time in using the shimmer on my eyes. i have use other crayons products from kate and ashley and mabeline and didn't seem to have a any allergic reaction.

no i am not allergic to avon brands, actually i like avon products and i fits to my needs. Maybe there you use it wrong ,or i think you report to Avon hotline so they can help you with that.
