and you can afford to buy a country and proclaim your self as their absolute ruler, how are you going to rule it?

I am going to rule it based on what is right and wrong. I will make a site that will accept suggestions and requests on how to improve the country I bought. I will not favor anyone.

If i had all the money in the world. i would get back certain things which i lost in the past. That would make me a much more happier person than becoming a ruler of a nation.

i wish i could say i ll give it all to charity, but i guess i m not that strong , so i ll give some , i ll buy some spanish island being taken from morocco previousely and ceuta and mellila, i ll pay african debts to the world bank, and see what to do with the rest
