I love fruits but the best ones I like are green and ripe mangoes (gives us vitamin c), watermelon (i don't know what vitamin it gives but it sure is delicious) and strawberries ( they're so great for smoothies)

All the edible fruits are good for health. You should eat atleast one fruit every day. Especially the juicy sweet type of fruits are more beneficial for the health. I personally like so many many fruits like Mangoes, grapes, apples, pine apples, bananna, berries, poppaya, oranges, sweetlimes, pome granates, water melon, musk melon, custard apple and so many ..... Few of the above like mangoes, bananna if consumed in excess quantity add some weight to your body. The fruit juic must be taken without adding any sugar or milk to it then only it's good for health. Some very popular fruits that are loaded with nutriets beneficial to our health are the following: Bananas - Excellent source of B vitamins and high source of potassium; neutralizes the acidity of gastric juices; help promote healthy bowel movement; aids in boosting mood and energy. Mangoes - High in antioxidants; good source of Vitamin A, E, and selenium which help protect against heart disease. Apples - Helps lower blood cholesterol and improves bowel function. Pineapples - High in fiber with calcium, potassium, vitamin C; helps build healthy bones and has bromelain, a compound which aids in digestion and helps suppress coughs and loosen mucus. Strawberries: contains potassium, fiber and phytochemicals that helps decrease blood pressure and the risk of stroke. All of the above are my favorites and locally produced (except for apple, I guess). One very special favorite of mine is kiwi, that green flesh fruit from New Zealand?

i think banana is very healthy fruit if taken in the morning with milk or a banana shake in the breakfast.its very fulfilling as \well as good for digestive system as it lubricate inside , very good for the skin and for body too.its rich in carbohydrates so i avoid a bit . i like watermelon because i can eat them full stomach without thinking of any gain of anything anywhere. i also like oranges, basically i like citrus fruits and grapes too.

Speaking about my favourite fruit then i will vote for watermelon. If considering the case of fruit that is healthy, then i will vote for banana. I think that it is the healthy fruit :)

Hello, well i love fruits, but i am not one who eats fruits just cause it is healthy, i eat fruits caz it is tasty, i love mangoes, strawberries, bananas, n there are some local fruits as well, dunno whether u have heard abt them, mangosteen, durian, n rambutan, i know that these fruits are also available in malysian n Singapore but dunno abt the rest of the world

Personally, I love bananas. I always have. Pineapple would have to be a favourite fruit as well. As for least favourite? Tomato. I'm allergic to them, so they are evil in my books :P

I don't know how healthy they are, but I love strawberries and watermelons. Watermelons are nice and juicy, while strawberries are sweet. I also eat an few oranges a week which have a good amount of Vitamin C!
