As you say that you are in a dilemma i feel you have a liking for that girl.If you really like her accept her love and keep going.You can expect the girl to change the love for your friend as you have not rights to ask someone to change their mind.Afterall love is a emotion which cant be transferred so think well before you take a decision.Tell your friend about the girls love to her...as a good friend he should understand you and support both of you.

dude.. been there done that..:P hehehe its tuff.. I had a friend who was in d same situation - and this girl turned on to me - said no to her bro.. its like whenever she talks or comes on to me, I see my friend and how he feels towards her - so I dropped the idea. However, some people are of the thought that hey talk to your friend. u can do this. I did too. Spoke to him after an incident with this girl and he was like cool abt it.. he told me if she likes you - go for it.. but then hey I dint wanna risk losin my friend bro.. maybe down d line after talkin to him, he may come up to you and say "hey my feelings are no more for her so u can proceed".. dat way u dont end up losing a friend and ull feel good too:).. hope it helps buddy
