Assistance Required...

I am trying to create a decent and attractive blog (free), but have not been successful. I find blogger.com to be good, but i am not able to make a good blog, which i intend to do for a social association. Can anyone assist me in creating one?

i do not have much expertise in this regard. but i can refer you to good sites. you can try: 1. lycos.com 2. geocites.com both offer free services. good luck
