I have never encoungtered any questions, because I never applied (nor I would) for this job. But I presume, the following would be the possible questions:-
(i) how quickly you will deal with a customer?
(ii) how polite your would be with the customer?
(iii) how would you greet him?
(iv)If you have a angry customer on line, what would you do?
(v) If you do not have the information, which the customer wants, will you evade his question, will you tell a lie or will you say - I would revert back to you, as soon as possible.
(vi) If any customer asks for your personal details, how would you respond?
(vii) If any custmoer praises you, how would you react?
The above question will hopefully, give you some idea, no double there can be countless questions on this issue.

For a call center job the main thing they are looking for is customer service skills. There is a new trend in interviewing called behavioral interviewing...this means instead of just asking a question for a response, they ask questions more targeted to your real worls experiences. They are looking for past experiences hoping they will be an indicator of future performance.
For example for customer service you might get questions like "Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer? How did you handle it?", or "Tell me about a time when you had a customer who wanted something that you couldn't provide. How did you help them find what they needed?"
Of course they will probably ask the usual questions about strengths, weaknesses, where you want to be in 5 years....
The most important things to show is that you are reliable, organized, and customer focused.
Good luck!!!
