My earnings was not sent to me ..... do i have to worry?

I received a private message from Mylot, they said they can't send my earnings coz my e-gold is blocked. Have this ever happened to anyone of you? i hope you can help me what to do.... i tried to go to e-gold and try to modify something i am hoping that i can have my earnings tomorrow or any hour today. please share with me if something like this happened to you. I am also grateful for mylot for messaging me i hope this will be fix soon.

You can register another e-gold account and it is allowed to have more than one accounts there..and what's the eason why your e-gold is blocked,you can contact the e-gold and tell them your problems.

i went to e-gold and i have read carefully some of thier rulings. i have notice that it's not enough to have an e-gold you have to go to how to receive payment and there you have to edit details. i am not sure if this will work and i waiting for mylot to try. thanks for advice.
