How to master oral english

Thouh it has been a long time for me to learn english ,i find it hard to speak in front of others .Because i always have a sense that my pronunciation sounds strang,and i can`t overcome myself .So that my oral english is very poor.Every time when our english teacher asks me to review the text we just have learned ,i just say "sorry".As a college student ,he is supposed to speak english freely .However ,i can`t do this .Could you give me some advice? Thank you so much !
