You know the saying "Once a smoker, always a smoker". Just How true is that statement? I used to be a "smoker" for about 4 years. Then I started working out and quit for about two years. Last year I was dealing with alot and decided to have a ciggarette. Since then, I smoke periodically, I will go months without one but then I find myself having a few here and there. Do other "ex-smokers" have this problem? What are your thoughts on this?

i think it depends on each person.
if you can control you smoking habit and it doesnt get out oh hand then i guess 1-2 ciggaretes a day are not THAT bad.
