we use angel food ministries every month. the menus have been pretty good. we get steaks every time and they've never tasted funny to us. its such a great thing to help people out.

I personally don't but my mom has done it once. I think its a good deal, but i like to see my food before getting it. At least in a store you can look at it and feel it to make sure its fine depending on the item.

We used to get Angel food all the time. The price has now went up to 30.00 dollars a box. Still a fair deal I think. Due to conflicting work schedules we are unable to pick up the food on a Saturday,so we no longer get it.

They just started doing this where we live about a year ago. My Brother gets them all the time and my Mom does occasionally. I bought a few and they are allright but I mostly go to the store to buy groceries so I can better control what I get.

I know what you mean about having control of what you buy at the store. I haven't gotten angel food in a while. I like to get it for a few months as extra so when there is nothing in the house to eat we always have the chicken that you get from there. My family likes it because it is different from what I would regularly buy. I try to buy more healthy items.

We just became a host site for Angel Food Ministries and have distributed food for the last three months now. The food seems to be in good quality and the meats look great. I'm actually in charge of the program at work and it is slowly picking up. We just opened up to the community last month and ordering for this month is this week. Thanks for the menu. I wonder if it is too late to order in my town...probably! I was thinking of getting an order for my son and his girlfriend. They have no money for groceries ever and this is a great way for them to eat.
