need help picking out a cell phone

i want to get a used cell phone because i am still under contract for another year and i really dont want to pay 300.00 for a new phone i want a camera phone and im looking at the motorola v265 so if anybody has had this phone or has it now could you let me know how good it is or any other phones that you think are a good choice also on the razor are they as great as they claim
