Do you ever sit with your teeth gritted, on edge because of a simple cartoon?

I have a few that just bug me to no end! I just don't understand where it comes from. We have one called Backyardagins. The premise would be cute, if the characters weren't so annoying. I sit here trying to work and concentrate and I overhear these cartoons, and it just about drives me out of my mind!
I can understand ones like Spongebob, which I do like, but have seen enough of to last 10 lifetimes and am still subjected to day and night. However, Backyardagins aren't on that much, but from the first note, I get aggravated with it.
Does anyone else feel like this?

I think its more of a imagination thing. Still... its annoying as all get out!

I don't really like The Backyardagins either...so I usually change the channel!! The pnes I cannot stand are Jimmy Neutron & Avatar....so I don't ever let mty kids watch them if I am in the room. But Dad lets them watch them with him, I don't know what it is I just cringe when they are on!!

There are a few cartoons that make me chring. I dont even turn spongebob on anymore because my son has made us sit through each episode about 10 time. I too do not like backyardagians. The way they sing almost everything they say just makes me nuts. I find it hard to let my son watch dora. Dont get me wrong its a good show but he's just learning to count in english and so he doesnt get the chance to learn the english version of the numbers because they always do it in spanish. Its the same with colors. I do think its a cute show and great for kids.
