About 4 years ago, I came away from my home for studies! I had to share a room with a guy. Earlier, I was very happy that I'll get a friend in this alien place but soon, I realized that I no more wanted to share the room with that guy for a no. of reasons. I left the room and got into another with a friend. But even being too close to him, we often had clashes.
Then I realised that one has to compromise with a lot of things! I really came to learn a lot of things after having roommates.
How is your life with your roommate(s) if you have or if you dont, then how do you think it will be??

You are taking things in wrong manner my Friend.. I was talking about Pinaki (my first room mate whom I first expected to be a good friend) and Galaxy (whom I considered a good friend till we started living together and I came to know about his nature and behaviour)...

I haven't gone through this state. I came away from my home before 4 years, but fortunately i had home . so i didn't face the problem which u have faced already. But i think when two people shared a room then there more chances of clashes. It is obivius. I don't the fault of anyone in that.

I can't really say that i enjoy having roomates.. But it all depends on how they are, if they are loud and well annoying, i will want to move out, infact i will.. Because i can't study with all that.
Second if they are nice and friendly then it would be great to have them as roomates as long as they aren't crazy and planning on killing you

It has it's ups and downs. Living with anyone means making a lot of compromises to get along. There are some people who are easier to get along with than others so you have to really like the person and they need to be responsible or else you will be carrying most of the burden.

It is alway not easy to get along with a roommate, each has their like and dislike and you will find it hard to undersatnd them.
While I was in the army, I was lucky that I can get along with my roommate. but when I get to uni, my housemate was a pain... hard to get along and in the end I move out.
