Smoking on Campus

!!! Are you serious?!?! I go to college and we can smoke anywhere we want outside. If they banned smoking here I would be so ANGRY! Esp since I ask people sitting/standing around me if they mind if I smoke or not. It's not like I'm inconsiderate.

I work on a campus and we do not have a law yet about smoking outside. All the workers that work in our building all go outside to smoke. and so do all the students. I do not think that it is fair for your campus to do this.I would say that people should have the right to smoke outside when ever they want.

I kind of wish they would ban it here. It's annoying to be walking behind a smoker. I always have to run up and pass them. And it's annoying when they violate the rules and smoke right in front of a building, especially if you have a class next to the front of the building. If there are designated smoking areas, I think that's good enough. There are designated peeing areas too, restrooms. And you'd get a ticket if you peed elsewhere.

its more than fair.. smokers have to think and respect that not all people around the campus are smokers. its a great health hazard. it would be even great if smoking would be banned

I think banned smoking on the campus is right.Because if u continue smoking ,it may cause a lot of desease.

I think it unbearable.it is well known that smoking is bad for one's health,especially for one's heart and lung. I fell the doing of your college is absurd.it's unfair.College is a public place and shoule ban smoking.If one smokes on campus ,he or she should be punished for his behaviour. welcome to mylot.

I think it is wright. Smoking should be banned from not only campuses but also from public places. Cigeratte companies should be banned

I hate smoking.Those people who smoke in a puplic place are should be punished.If you want to smoke,you must chose a right time and a right place.Because smoking is a bad thing not only just to youself but others else. Be a good peoson,and don't smoking in the puplic places.

My school has been tightening up it's smoking policy lately. Students used to be able to smoke in the dorms as long as they confined it to their rooms with the doors closed and a mandatory towel against the bottom of the door. This semester though, they banned indoor smoking entirely and now smokers have to stay 20 feet from the buildings. There was a little bit of initial uproar, but people have adjusted. There's been some call for a few covered smoking areas so smokers can smoke in the rain, but no official response as to whether that will be done or not.

I think it's very bad. It's bad for their health and not suit their age. Maybe they regard it to a very cool thing but actually it will damage their image.So please stop!
