Again, for those cheesecake addicts, hope you'll enjoy this and learn a thing or two. I personally can't cook but I might try making a cheesecake one of these days. It's one of my favorite food EVER! Heaven, thy name is cheesecake!:) Kindly report to me if the link is not working.

here's another recipe of no-crust cheesecake...
Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, almond extract, eggs and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour into a greased deep dish pie plate.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
To Make Topping: combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and stir until smooth. Spread evenly on top of the baked cheesecake, then bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) to set the top.
Let cool, refrigerate several hours before serving.

Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
Original recipe yield:
1 - 9x13 inch pan
PREP TIME 10 Min
COOK TIME 40 Min
READY IN 50 Min
INGREDIENTS
1 (15 ounce) can canned pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix with pudding
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Follow this to make it:-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Whisk together the pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and oil. Beat in the eggs, then fold in the pumpkin mixture. Stir in the vanilla.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
To make cream cheese frosting: Cream together the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in the confectioners' sugar, mixing until smooth. Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla. Spread frosting over cooled cake.

I have a recipe for those that need to watch their sugar intake I made it up when i was doing a no carb diet and it was good
1 cup of whipping cream and whip it till fluffy add 2 packets of a sugar substitute like slenda
in a separate bowl soften the cream chease whit a mixer and add a box of sugar free jello i used strawbwerry
combine the two bowls and mix till just blended and pour in a dish it is soooo good i made this for my boyfriend that is diabetic and he loves it
