I was wondering if you have been so forgiving to those people who are mean to you, please tell us what are the things that you have done so people can easily forgive.

you are right when you said that it should not be the way but we have to forgive, you know what experiences helped me to forgive, when I post this question I never had a serious problem about forgiveness until after I was tested by love ones, and It feels good to forgive.I would like to share a qoute that had helped me with it.
"If we can find forgiveness in our hearts for those who have caused us hurt and injury, we will rise to a higher level of self-esteem and well being". Hope it will help you too.

its hard to forgive the sinner but its depends on the loss that is made, if the sinner has made any serious mistake, then its hard to forgive..! but sometimes the situation makes me to forgive the sinner, actually i believe in forgiving by making the sinner realising his mistake.

i am a forgiving person only to people who are very close to me, people i love. But to people who are very mean to me i can't forgiveness in my heart. And even when time comes that i already forgive i still can't forget what they have done.

It is so funny I had such a hard time to forgive a sin that my husband had commited in or around september time period through October, I didn't find out until October about the sin he had commited it was adultry I found out 2 days after our 4 year wedding aniversery. And, it is now march and I went to beliefnet.com and typed in forgiveness in the search on there, and alot of what they had to say about forgiveness on there made me realize that I could have the strength to forgive. That is what helped me out so you can look into that, although as you know everybody is different so what might help out one person might not help another but it is worth a try for anyone who needs help to forgive someone else it is not just good for them to be forgiven but for you to forgive believe me it lifts a heavy burden off your chest.
