Which one do you prefer to do, further your study or just continuing your existing job with promotion?

Lucky me, because my employer was so linient. When I asked him about taking up my masteral and leaving my work, he told me that I don't have to leave. He would allow me to work part time so I can attend with my masteral. =)

How lucky you are... but in many cases, money constraint should be considered too before making decision to further study.
