Dental insurance

Going to the dentist - Gettting an exam is a pain, but when they give you the gas it makes it kinda funny at times.

Do you have dental insurance? If you do, does your work pay for it or do you have to orrr did you have to find one on your own. What type do you think is the best? I am intrested in getting some insurance for me only and I really need to go to the dentist

I have a dental discount plan through a company that is great. Their plans start at $19.95/mo and that includes Dental vision, prescription and Chiropractic all in one. They also have other plans for medical and so on but I know I save alot using their just their dental one! I have a website if you'd like to check them out more.
