Restaurants might be more fancy and everything, but i would rather eat at home. Why? Because you can burp and everything and no one would mind. Well, at least not in my family... Do you prefer to eat at a restaurant or at home? Why?

I prefer eating at home anytime. Because it is more healthy - I cook my own meals so I can monitor how much salt/sugar is in there. Even if my husband and I eat out, we will choose the place we eat carefully because we are very particular about eating msg in food. It just makes us very thirsty. So we eat at home most of the time or we will pack from a ceratin eating place and buy back. Anothe thing is eating at home gives us clean air. Eating out makes us smelly and sweaty because of the people who smoke around us.

I feel more comfortable eating at home where I can watch TV and not have to worry about saying the wrong thing like when we talk, we can talk about personal stuff without offending anyone. But I don't mind eating out in a restaurant once in a while, for a change. But I would prefer to eat at home, when I have the choice.

hi there, really i prefer to eat at home than in a restuarant because i don't like people watching me eating when they could be. i don't mean just anyone but people who don't know me! =)

When I was growing up, I used to love to go out to eat at restaurants. the food was very delicious. As I grew up and moved out on my own, I still loved to go out to eat. The food was still very delicious and I could order and pay for whatever I wanted to eat. After a while I couldn't afford to go out to eat all of the time so I started doing more grocery shopping and brought more food into my home to eat. It sure was alot cheaper. I got burnt out of the same old food every week that I had shopped for and cooked. I would still go out ans eat every so often. In this fast paced world, it is very hard to find time to cook a good meal any more. It is alot easier just to pick something up and bring home or go somewhere and sit down to eat. Restaurant food isn't that great any more either, so I am stuck between a rock and a hard place on my decision of what and where to eat these days.

I personally would rather eat at a restaurant because they have better food than my house! :) However, eating at home is cheaper and I'm all about saving money right now!
