It is probaly a good idea to read the labels if your about to go on a diet. But do you read the nutritional information on the foods you buy when you go shopping?

Yes I do especially because I have to watch my sugar and salt intake. I always look for product with low sugar and low sodium. And also because I don't eat pork in any form I have to pay attention what sort of fat they use in the product. I tend to choose product with vegetable fat rather than animal one.

It generally depends on what I am purchasing, but usually I do not read the information. I'm trying to get better about that, especially since I've discovered that I'm allergic to substitute sugar. It's amazing all the things they are putting that into...sometimes it makes it pretty difficult to buy an item!
