If I am roasting Pork we will have apple sauce & gravy. If we are BarBequeing Pork we have barbeque sauce. Try the BBQ sauce with it goes hand in hand - flavours match well! Oh on Ham i have Worcestershire sauce, just so you know. Bacon - usually no sauce, maybe a little Chili sauce.
