Yesterday I saw birds standing in my front yard. I live in Idaho, so they are gone for the winter. Being that I love fishing, I can't tell you how great it was to see a couple birds in the yard. The lakes will start warming up, etc. What do you plan on doing this spring? Any home improvements? Any trips?

My favourite season is spring without doubt. In spring we have sun but not too much warm, we have light, we can make trips, and also go fishing. I love summer too, but it is too warm.

i like the spring, the only thing i dont like about it, is that the melting snow looks so dirty and stateful lookin and then i can't wait for it to go away, and to listen to the birds and stuff, but then my puppy is a bully to the birds, adn chases them around lol

I know what you mean about spring. I live in Montana and it's such a thrill for me to see the songbirds return. We had a bunch of robins in our spruce tree the other day, I guess they're getting ready to nest.
We're going to get a new roof put on in the late spring or early summer; it's something that's been needed to get done for a while. No trips planned really except for a possible weekend trip to Spokane. I love this time of year, it's beautiful.

I am planning on completely redecorating the house as it hasn't been done for a couple of years and is in big need of tender loving care. I am also going to sell a few pieces of furniture and generally de clutter. This year I am going for the minimal look as my more usual one is clutter!

Or what.
Spring signals the beginning of high electric bills, feeling so drained of energy that I don't want to do ANYTHING, and allergy season.
I like winter.
This spring/summer I will be locked in my house under the A/C.
