error on 6600 keypad

I have n6600 grey,but there is some terrible with my keypad,sometimes option & exit key cannot be use. so very difficult to me to write a message, sending mesage, & start another application for my phone. By the way I've very much application for N6600,if you need some appilcation you can reply my post to tell me what's application do you need. Thanks bro if you tell me how to solve my problem with my keypad
