Peach Gratin

Ingredients: 4 white peaches, 5 egg yolks, 50g sugar, 20ml white wine. Recipe: beat egg yolks, sugar and white wine together.
Peel peaches and cut into quarters. Arrange peach slices in individual oven-proof dessert dishes, or one single gratin dish. Cover with wine and egg mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and put under grill for a few minutes, until golden. Serve hot. Tip: Try using soft fruit for a summer dessert!!
