Can anyone give opinion to my problem. I had make a mistake. regarding about my car. I have a financial problem to pay my car. I cannot sell the car due to market price. So i decided to sell my car to my frenz. Without change any of the insurance name..car's name. Still use mind. my frenz have to continued pay to the bank. After a while..bank call me said that i have not pay the car istallments abt 7 months. bank ask me to pay. i call my frenz asking him why he did not paid for the car intallments as we agreed when i hand over the car. my frenz did not answer my call. i try to find him all over the place. because i need that car back to return the bank. my frenz hide my car nowhere...i really frustarted feel miserable also feel that it's my mistake cause i sell that car without change the insurance's name..finance's name. Can i anyone give me opinion what should i do? Do i have to make a police report....says that my car is stolen or lost...?
