Smoker trying to quit

When I found out I was pregnant, I quit immediately. I did start again after my son was born. I need to quit because he is at the age now where he looks out the window at me and I am sure he is wondering what I am doing. It's hard, but I know I can do it since I've done it already for 9 months!

anyhow, be clear-minded that smoking is bad for your health. the wisest way is to amke up your mind to quit.

Oh I know. We will definitely quit, if not now, soon. NY has a program for smokers where they provide patches for free. Those things are expensive.
