Spring Training in Phoenix

I'm headed to spring training tomorrow to watch my boys get ready for a winning season. I need tips about watching the game from the general admission section. I'll have my kids w/me and worry about them being crazy. Am I allowed to bring in water, snacks, etc? What about chairs and blankets? I'm just so darned excited!!!
